We want you to be happy with your purchase from Our Road to Nature. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy, which differs slightly depending on whether you purchased a physical product or a digital item.


Physical Products

Our physical items are made to order and shipped directly to you.

  • Returns & Exchanges: We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    Provide us with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that returns for reasons such as size issues, buyer’s remorse, or general dissatisfaction are not accepted.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items once the file has been delivered.
  • If you experience issues downloading or accessing your files, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve it.
